WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY SHOOT?
Each 30-MINUTE time slot accommodates 1 member. During your session, you’ll get ONE LOOK in front of the camera and your 90-second video. You’ll be in and out within 30 minutes!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
You MUST bring your phone if you want us to capture your video and B-roll clips. We know all the tricks to make your videos look great (iPhones encouraged). Plus, 2-3 small props that fit your brand (think coffee cup, laptop, or notebook), and your best energy. We’ll handle the rest!

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR & MAKEUP?
We encourage everyone to come "Camera Ready", as we do NOT provide hair and makeup. If you would like, you can bring a makeup artist with you. Just make sure you are ready in time for your allotted time slot. We will not be able to wait for you to get ready, as others will be eagerly waiting behind you.

CAN I BRING TEAM MEMBERS?
You can send or bring up to ONE employee to be in the photos with you or shoot in your place. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate teams. These shoots move fast and the time allotted works best for individual shots. If you’d like team photos, please email us and we can give you a quote for team shoots!

CAN I BRING KIDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS?
Occasionally you can bring your children or partner. Please note, there are some locations we shoot that do not allow children. If you bring your kids they must have proper supervision. That means if you are planning to get photos by yourself, you’ll need to bring someone to watch your kids while you shoot.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SHOOT?
You can reschedule anytime until 24 hours before your shoot. If shoot is cancelled less than 24 hours before, you'll forfeit your shoot. There are no refunds for missed shoots or late cancellations.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We encourage everyone to show up at least 10 minutes prior to your shoot so we can get you set up and ready to shine! This way you don't feel rushed, and can show up calm and confident in front of the camera.

WHAT TIMES DO YOU SHOOT?
In all our cities we typically shoot on the second Tuesday from 9:00am-4:00pm CST.
You choose an available time slot that works for you and plan to be there for 30 minutes.

CAN I EDIT MY PHOTOS WITH FILTERS & PRESETS?
Yes you can! We know how important brand aesthetics is so you have our permission to edit your photos and videos, as we do not edit them because of this.

HOW DOES the CONTENT COLLECTIVE GUARANTEE WORK?
There’s no contract or monthly commitment. Just book the shoots you want, when you want. We believe in what we offer. If you’ve attended at least three shoots and don’t feel like you’re getting the content you need to show up consistently, let us know. Email our team (info@c4creativeartstherapy.com) with the shoots you attended and why it’s not working for you, and we’ll make it right. Your visibility matters, and we’re here to support your success!
